History
CEG Energy has been providing a competitive price alternative
in natural gas supply for large commercial and industrial users
in Western Canada since 1987. In August of 2002 we entered the
Alberta market and in January of 2004, we expanded into British
Columbia extending our competitive option to Alberta and B.C.
customers.

over 15,000 commercial and industrial customers in Western Canada.
For nearly 20
years CEG has focused on providing the lowest cost and building
long term customer relationships. The result has been a 98% customer
retention rate. Our parent company SemCanada
Energy Company has two billion dollars in annual revenue and
one billion dollars in assets providing the financial backing
to purchase gas at the lowest wholesale prices.
Based on our long-term view of the natural gas
market, we offer supply contracts in term lengths of up to five
years.
CEG's long term clients have realized significant
benefits such as being able to budget their natural gas costs
and realizing cost savings of as much as 48% compared to utility
prices.
